Good morning all! Had an ok low carb weekend. Had to make a run to my home town, my Grandma is back in the hospital. I took my son and left DD and DH at home. It was a fast trip and a busy one. DID OK on food. Will do great this week!

We were pretty busy Sunday. We went to the health club. I did several activities. We stopped at Woodman's Food Store in Kenosha. We had lunch at Culver's. We also stopped at two outlet malls, one, very briefly, the other for a long time. We left the house at 6:40am and got home after 5:00pm.

Well, I seemed to have had a hiatus from the board over the weekend. Not intentional--just lots of "stuff." And I know once I sit down here at the PC, there's no such thing as a quicky....

Hope everyone is doing ok. I'm so-so. My moods seem to be changing hourly; it's difficult to say exactly how I'm doing, since by the time I finish a post, it might be different!! Anyway, doing my exercise, working on more water, trying to be creative in my work and play.
