Good Morning everyone!

I hope you are having a wonderful weekend!

We are having a rainy morning.

Yesterday, we spent most of the day at home. In the evening, we met my parents, DD, DSIL, and grandson at Costas Greek Restaurant in Oakbrook Terrace. It was pretty good. We didn't get home too late.

This morning we will head to the health club so my DH can play raquetball. After that, who knows...

I found out my cousin narrowly missed getting into a multi-car pile up near Omaha. He was able to stop by inches. My other cousin's son was almost hit by someone going 120 miles per hour on the roads near Minneapolis a week ago. My SIL had a cousin who was almost killed in a car accident... We are safe, thank God.

Wishing you a happy day!

Good Sunday morning all,

It's not very springlike this morning with cool temps and a threat of rain. I guess that is pretty springlike after all lol.

Anyway it's been another very busy week, with long hours at work. Eating has been great. And I'm continuing to get my exercise in. Meals are getting a bit boring, so I intend to peruse the recipe section for some ideas. I'm taking a couple days off and looking forward to resting up some. The problem with being home alot though is I tend to eat too much. I have to really try to stay focused.

I hope you all have a great weekend!

Happy Sunday!
Eating has been okay for me lately...scale is consistant and I'm trying to no fill my tummy too full. I guess it boils down to calories consumed/calories burned for me...I've maintained for years now and experimented with so many WOE's the basics are the basics...energy in, energy out...period! Don't get me wrong a balance of macronutrients is key here...but how much goes in is actually the most important thing!

The weather here is foggy...it got to warm last week that the coastal fog has arrived...it does burn off to clear skies and we are bathed by sunshine...it's devine!

DH is going to be working on electrical...that means the computers will go off...so I'm outa here...

Have a lovely day...

HELLO all, this weekend hasn't been the best eating, but I am attempting to focus. Today movies with my son and couple of friends, we will eat popcorn, but salad for dinner!

Hello, All!

Yes, finally the deed is done. I did our taxes this afternoon, since DH had to go in to work for a special project. Yippee!!!! Still have to do Dad's, but that one doesn't cause any personal angst, just the general dread, LOL!!

Other than that, the weather changes are keeping me foggy, but like you Mon, am attempting to focus.

Have a good one.....

Ahh, the difference in those who get a refund and those that may have to pay........ We got our refund yesterday and had a buying spree at Best Buy last night.
