Thread: Sunday 3/21

Where was everybody yesterday??? I hope that your day was pretty as ours was. We are into "real" spring weather ... temp in the 80's. I even sprayed on some "tan from a can" so that my new sandals didn't look so out of place. Don't be too jealous of our weather though, we have a heavy coating of yellow-green pollen covering everything. And, just as soon as everything gets bloomed out, we will probably have another freeze. Whatever, I'm glad to have the nice weather now.

As for food ---Yesterday was one of those days when I was hungry all day long. I should have tracked it all. But, I probably would have gone into a panic seeing it all in hard numbers. That's the second of third time that's happened in the past couple of weeks. Although I am still fluctating between 137 and 138, it almost sets off a panic when I do that. Maintenance is no piece of cake. It requires almost as much diligence as losing.

Have a good Sunday. I have a few scholarship recomendation letters to write, and may do some sewing. I spent the whole afternoon yesterday shopping for an entertainment center. Nothing perfect at the perfect price was to be found.

Yesterday MIL had the kids so DH and I went for chinese, a movie and to the casino.
We saw Dawn of the Dead. I was really good and scarey!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I had some lc candy at the show.
I feel so wonderful and determined to ditch the extra poundage!

We made it safe and sound today driving to Florida. We are staying at the Disney Dolphin. We spent a busy day, part at MGM Studios, part at Disney Marketplace, a little at Epcot. The weather is gorgeous.

I decided to eat what I want, not to diet, LC, or anything else. We'll see what happens. We have been doing lot's of walking today. I have not been swimming yet.
