Well, all: This is my version of a group hug. It is a sort of group hug with some rubbing of the fur included!
And frankly, it looks as if you could also use some flowers. So here they are, along with a great big kiss!

I weighed in at 172.8 this morning and was psyched! Today I've been good about eating and drinking my water. We're getting slammed by snow right now. DH and I are both home this evening because of it. I'm going to go watch TV with him right now.

I didn't get my posting done today, but did the rest of my commitment.

Yeah, Bren............. This little angel just whispered to me that you are a beautiful person on the inside AND on the outside. Personally, I think you oughta lissen.

And, Sharron, get better, sweetie. Here is a flower for you

Mick: Keep it up! Good going!

Deb: Thanks for your encouragement! You are wonderful!

Peace, Peg

Oh wow - been six days since I posted last. ((pounding my head against the wall!) Have absolutely no excuse as to why six days went by. (((sigh)) Well, here I am!

((((((((((((hugs)))))))))))) to everyone!

Well, I have been eating good, still been on track. Excercise and water consumption has been rolling along. Emotionally I am doing very good, though I really REALLY wish that the scale would move just that last little bit. I've been hoping with my excercise/water commitment and eating clean something would change.

I'm in this for the long haul ... though to take off those last 4 pounds would be great! I'd be happy for even 2!

Silly what significance is put on just a few pounds! Not that I'll look much different. It's just the number thing.. lol

Hope everyone is having a good LC day today. Sharon, how are you feeling? BC, are you sleeping better? Peg, congratulations! Way to go girl! Deb, (((lending a hand)) That REALLY REALLY looks like it hurts!

Oh and DH and I just did our taxes on Monday too...! Such relief as I am such a procrastinator!

Take care,

((((hugs)))

I thought I better report right now, while it's still in my mind, that I am actually at this moment thinking good thoughts about myself. Actually it started in BodyPump class. I was looking at myself and my cute little muscles and thought "D***, pretty hot lookin' old broad!!" LOL!! Also noticed that I was lifting more weight than anyone in class with the exception of a 30 year old gal who is a body builder. Don't mess with me!!

OK how's that for tootin' my own horn

Crys, nice to hear from you. Sounds like you're still in the groove.

Mon, are you sore from those splits today?

Bren, that is so very cool

I'm doing better. I'm still so very weak, though! My dd is still *coff coff coff* So far no one else has it! Thank God!

I'm doing ok with my food. I've been fighting cravings really badly today -- even had to remove myself from the table to combat one earlier. My kids like to play logic/reasoning games while we are finishing up lunch, and I couldn't stay and do it with them or I would have ended up eating something I shouldn't have!

I'm, thankfully, in ketosis. I don't know if I'm doing any losing cuz' I'm having to keep my activity level down, but, Lord willing, at least I'm not gaining.

Everyone else, I'm glad you are all doing better.

Keep up the good work -- we are worth it

I am doing well with eating and drinking...makes 4 days now. I am feeling better.
My energy level is good again. My business partner and I are committed to clean living. She was off for 5 days on vacation and well...you know the story. She climbed right back on and said she was starting to feel better too!

I have a very busy day ahead so chances are good I will do well. Our lunch meeting is at Sweet Tomatoes, a salad place near our office.
We decided we would make it easy for us to maintain good eating.
How are you all doing?

You all sound to be doing so well!!!!!!!!!!! Yippee!!!
I got the exercise in this morning. That yoga feels so good!!!!!!!!! I am doig well with my eatting. I'm not tabulating carbs but just keeping it legal.
The wrap I had yesterday was so stuffed with veggies it was as thick as my closed fist.
I need to start getting more water though.

Mick, those Subway wraps are a funny thing. It seems there isn't a standard for how much is supposed to go in them! I prefer Blimpie -- they actually weigh their meat

I tried those Mission tortillas Marcie wrote about. I actually had 3 of them yesterday -- not my intention, just how it worked out -- and I stayed in ketosis! I am a happy camper

I'm still at the same weight. I'll take it cuz' it always seems that I gain when I get sick....

Have a great day everyone!

Been eating clean for two days now. Today will make three.

Yesterday for lunch I had some of my hamburger/broccoli glop, 2 ounces of Swiss cheese, and half a cucumber. Dinner was two Tam-X-ico's wraps (net 5 carbs each), each one stuffed with lettuce, mayo, mustard, and 2.5 ounces of chicken and turkey, respectively. Also ate an entire can of spinach.

Today will be a carbon copy of yesterday, eating-wise.

I am feeling better physically now. The bronchitis is nearly gone. I may even go to Curves tonight. I dunno yet.

That's great, BC, about how you feel about yourself. You SHOULD toot your own horn!

I wish warmer weather would come so I could go walking.

Hi Guys!!!

I'm maintaining at 172.8! Some of you have "claimed" a new weight when it stays for a few days. I've been up and down the scales so many time in the 170's "decade" that I am afraid to claim it!

I'm eating "pretty" clean. I left work early yesterday because I was such a grouch. Went to a local store to get Easter basket stuff for my gkids. Began feeling even worse, so went to their "lunch" counter and got a lemon square and ate it with my water. Other than that, I have stuck with lc. By the time I got home I was feeling better.

But something is going on with me. I just don't feel GOOD. I don't know what is going on, just feeling not as "up" as I usually feel. Yesterday afternoon I got home about 5:30, made myself a lc sandwish, climbed into my pjs and went to bed for the rest of the evening. Slept like a log last night and still got up not feeling like normal. No symptoms other than that. Going to make an appt with my Dr. hopefully today or tomorrow (make the appt that is. It takes a couple of weeks to get in!) I'll let you know.

I'm eating lc today. I've got my lc lunch and planning to leave today when I'm done.

Bren (((((((((((((((hugs))))))))))))))))) SO PROUD OF YOU!!!

Peace, Peg
