| I actually tracked yesterday........then the site was down. I'm working on getting it together two days in a row. I'll try to get the numbers up tonight. |

| Good Morning all! Thanks for the warm welcome back. Hopefully, I can get to check in here more often. Of course, the semester is winding down, only four or five more weeks left. But, then I am teaching summer school as well. I haven't been tracking, but I am still sitting steady at 143. I still have lots of grading to do, but I don't mind so much. When it's just homework it gets done really quick. Although, I did give a test yesterday and just a glance through doesn't look all that great. A few decided to make my grading easy by leaving the problems blank. Wasn't that nice of them?!

| Well, after a "lost weekend," I'm back to 173.8 this morning. dh left today for Orlando for a week, which means I'm on my own for cooking. Yikes! Tonight I'm leading a discussion group here at work. So, dinner here in town. The rest of the week is all moving toward our confirmation retreat which is Friday and Saturday all day. It's camping, though in a cabin. It will be 20 confirmands and their mentors, so I'm hoping to be able to sleep and not chase 8th graders through the forest! I haven't been able to post for a couple of days. Been getting an "internal server error" for this site. Peace, Peg 1/1/03 205/173/155 5'8"

| I am finally back to tracking again after taking a number of days off. We had family in this weekend. I ate more calories and carbs (I hope it helps, Peg!) We had a dinner out at a fancy restaurant on Saturday night. I had a filet and creamed spinach. Then, for dessert, I got them to give me berries and whipped cream without any of the sugar in it. The one downfall I had was eating a piece of crisp bread from the bread basket. I don't think the carbs were enough to hurt me, but the wheat was a problem. My eyes puffed up again and are still puffed up this morning. I guess I've tested that theory enough times! Here is my tracking for today: Calories: 1173 Fat: 68 (57%) Carbs: 53 (14%) Fiber: 14 Net Carbs: 39 Protein: 77 (29%)

| Law, I'm so sorry that allergies to food are such a problem at your house. It's hard enough to be "right" with everything even when we don't have to worry about food allergies. When added on top of everything else, sometime it must seem like just *too* much. Do you want to start the April thread? If one isn't started by tomorrow night, then I'll assume it's my turn again. |
