Good morning everyone!

Today is actually the end of March. I am wide awake enough to realize that!

I felt light-headed yesterday, so I didn't go anywhere after work. I don't know if I am getting sick or if it's a reaction from allergy medication I started using yesterday. Or both.

I am still not on any plan as far as eating goes. I am in better control, but not where I have been in the past. And, I'm not getting enough water. Enough liquids, but not enough water.

Wishing you a wonderful day!

Ilse,
Don't wait too long to get back on plan. The longer you stray, the harder it is to get back in line. You don't want to do any backtracking over the same numbers again......... Get right with your diet before it is too late.

Geez, that sounds like and evangelical minister .

I'm going to second Judy's preachin' Ilse. You've worked so very hard and come so far; don't let too much time pass before you decide either to get back on a familiar plan or to choose another one that might feel right for you now. You'll be glad you did!!

Whew, it seems like it should already be evening, and this old lady is ready for a nap, LOL! But still lots to do, and agility class tonight. I gave myself a not so cheap thrill today by stopping off at Barnes and Noble on the way home from working out. Velly, velly dangerous!!

How's everyone?

I second everyone elses advice. Don't wait. I kept messing around and look at my numbers now. My excuses...........
1. I can relose it later.
2. I can just try to eat smaller portions of whatever I want.
3. It's only a few pounds.
4. It's too expensive, too hard.
I have 2 sizes to relose. It is so very slow the second time.

I was on crackers and diet soda yesterday. I had a fever, muscle aches and nausea. I'm not sure if it was a bug or side effects of the shots I had on monday.
