Default SBD maintenance?

Atkins seems to be more popular around here, but I lost about 70 lb. on SBD last year. I decided to relax my regimen and enjoy the holidays and put about 20 lb. back on. I'm going to try to lose most of that back again, but I was wondering what people SBD do for maintence (I know, read the book!).

What I did last year, that worked for a while but got out of had, is to follow Phase II for most of the time, but would still lose weight, so when I got *too* thin, I would eat whatever I wanted. During the holidays, I got to eating whatever I wanted too often, resulting in the weight gain, and now I'm having trouble getting back into the diet groove. I'm wondering if I should just work on maintaining where I'm at, or if I should aggressively try to regain my goal.

Anyone else around dealing with this?
