Bet you burned lotsa calories, cause I know when you work, you really work, Shell.

NOT an active day for me--too much desk jockeying and laundry hardly counts except for the stairs! Anyway.....

Calories 815
Fat 41
Prot 74
Carbs 60
Fiber 30
Net Carbs 30

I may have a small protein shake before bed to get up the cals and prot. Terrible thing, having to have a snack

LOL Bren...you *poor dear* on the "mandatory" snack...heh heh.
It's usually the opposite for me...
I WANT a snack....oops, sorry dearheart...you are OUTTA carbs for the day! Darn!

today's scoop:
  • 1270 calories
  • 94g fat...yeesh! TY, full fat caesar dressing !
  • 75g pro
  • 31g carb
  • 7g fiber...hmmm
  • 24g net carb
41 degrees/35wci this morning; walked 55 min/3.14 miles/248 cal burn
really pretty pleasant walk; 8MPH N-NW winds, so walking north-bound was a tad chilly, OT, not bad.

Great numbers for an Italian night out, Shell!

Now I have to hang head in shame.....I totally blocked out tracking until late last night, then got frustrated trying to recreate the day's count. Being a snacker means I have to get things down before I forget.......anyway, I seem to remember it was a good day so I'll give myself a pass on this one. Sheesh, only a coupla days out of the box and screwed up already Gotta run, get ready for a new crown (replacement for old one that broke) Ugh.

I think for the most part, we are all mostly in an ongoing weight loss mode, don't you?
I still intend to do a few days of induction level intake as I keep going, but I think it's time to
Nest with OWLs, so I'll lock this one up and start us a new thread.

see ya at the OWLs Nest!
