Still not actually tracking, and sure not doing induction, but something must be going right. I was down to 155 this morning. The last few days have given me the positive reinforcement of -.5 each morning. Whatever it is..... keep it up!
(maybe I'll change my sig and ticker so that I will have huge issues if I backtrack)

Hi guys,
Sorry for the LONG MIA status. I really have been living on soups, juice, SF ice cream and a few saltines thrown in the mix when my throat was better.

So.........today is my first day back on track. Of course I'm probably the only person I know that gains weight when they are sick...ack! Yep...up 2 lbs from that ocean of OJ/PA juice I drank. Oh well. Hopefully they will go away within the week, and I'll be back in the *losers* column. LOL.

today's numbers:
  • 1290 cal
  • 80g fat
  • 91g pro
  • 55g carb
  • 20g fiber
  • 35g net carb...shoot!...I was aiming for about 30! grrrr!
Anyhoo....back to tracking faithfully and checking in here daily.
I'm hyped up to get this last 15 lbs or so off, once and for all!!!
I mean it!

  • 1314 cal
  • 82g fat
  • 89g pro
  • 50g carb

  • 35g net carb
more carbs than I had hoped for, was aiming for 25-28-ish, but I chose to have some zucchini patties with ranch drsg as my veggie tonight for dinner...yum-O!

I burned a couple hundred calories on my shopping safari today, so I guess I'm happy with my day.

how's everyone else coming along...Lisa, Judy...how's it goin'?

Well Shell, there is the good (you), the bad ( me most days), and the UGLY! That was me today. I started out in good shape with scrambled eggs topped with cheese. Breakfast at 7:00 AM wore out way before lunch at 1:15. I was starving and it was the day that we do pizza delivery. Oh yes, I had 4 pieces of pizza. Then there was the cake this afternoon and a piece of fried chicken and a biscuit tonight. Oh well............ tomorrow is another day.

spent 4 more hours sanding and prepping the wood shutters in the garage today! oye! I should get to paint them tomorrow...yay. anyway...a very GOOD calorie burn for 4 hours of non stop, non-sitting sanding.

still more carbs than I wanted today, but they were good carbs...fruit/yogurt smoothie, and zucchini patties, one sq extra dark chocolate.
  • 1266 calories
  • 72g fat
  • 83g pro
  • 83g carb
  • 20g fiber
  • 63g net carb
I have weighed the same for over a week...no fluctuations at all!
Dang...it's good to maintain, but I'd like to finish losing before hitting the maintain phase! Figures...I'm really good at maintaining, but it's at the wrong time!
