Ok, I'm about to have to get in gear and make a change. DD went to the doctor last week and was told she needs to lose 60 pounds before her checkup next year. The doc recommended South Beach and walking 45 minutes per day. I need to get after it with her for both our sakes. I've put on a solid 20 (and moving toward 25) in the last two and a half years. Damn maintenance is hard!!
