| I am continuing in the OWL phase. I will most likely keep throwing in a few days of induction level carbs as it seems to help shake things up a bit for me. Anyhoooo......here's our new *NEST* to hang out in...roost, feather, or whatever the heck it is that Owls do! LOL! todays scoop:
....I'm betting it was that darn stinkin' piece of wedding cake I had....da*n!!! LOL!walked 47 min/2.60 miles/200 cal burn. Had to dodge the raindrops, but at least got this ole body in motion a little today! ![]()

| I missed the first day of Spring but if I can remember from now on to get dietpower on first thing in the am it keeps me honest----usually. I started tracking this morning and so far it's not pretty. We'll see how the day goes. Thanks for the kick. My behind duly noted it!

| well.... yanno.... on some of my higher carb days, it's usually a pretty safe bet that a square or 2 of Lindt 70% has been consumed...LOL! today's scoop: (which DID include 2 sqs Lindt 70%)
walked 60 min (with my new hand weights...1.5lbs each!)3.41 miles/269 cal burn...STBO!!! ![]()

| todays scoop: a fruit smoothie AND some dark chocolate....well, we know where this is going to end up....can you say MEGA carbs??? ![]()
my upper arms are sore...this was the 3rd day to use the wts... but it's all good! Go Sooners!! Beat Louisville!!! (I really don't think the Sooners can get past this team, but at least we're dancin'!) ![]()

| Today as best I can remember! Calories 1111 Pro 95 Fat 65 Carb 52 Fiber 22 Net Carbs 30 Shelley,I was ready for the chocolate today! DH had my pc torn apart most of the afternoon. Sheesh!
