| well, definitely more carbs than I planned; nothing *off plan*, but still, in the big scheme of things, when you eat to much *on plan* it can still be a buzzkill. Nonetheless, I will own up to it, I did it, and that's how it is. Movin' on. 1510 cal 84g fat 113g pro 84g carb 34g fiber 50g net carb! Holy Crap-oly, Batman! ![]() exercise day off.
