Weight went back down .5. I still want that other 1 back.

Shelley, I haven't tried the fiber product that you referred to yesterday. I regularly use Metamucial and lately have taken Fiber Choice Weight Management chewable tabs when extra "assistance" is needed.

1302 cal
55g fat
98g pro
100g carb!!!! holymoly, Batman!
40g fiber
60g net carb...NOT the way to lose weight! grrrr!

walked 54 min/3.22miles/182 cal burn...HAH(Hot As HeJJ) and STBO!!!!

Fruit and berries again, Shel? I know you aren't reading the Beck book, but this is about the time she would tell you to say it was a mistake. Figure out what you did that wasn't beneficial and move on. Your total calories were good.

Carbs: Total 26 - 4 fiber = 22 gm net
Protein: 91 gm
Weight: 159.5

According to the new Fitday I need to keep overall calories @ 1450 to be able to lose .5 per week. Amazing......... I knew that from doing this before. So far, so good. I'm generally managing to stay in that range.

Man, I could swear that I posted my yesterday's numbers somewhere. Anyway, here they are:

Calories: 1914
Fat: 82g 37%
Carbs: 176
Fiber 21
Net Carbs: 155g 36% Holy Moly!!
Protein: 82g 17%
Alcohol: 10% (Didn't drink less than my 2 wines, but I ate more!)

198.4 Weight

Well, I did enjoy the meal, but I'm sorry I had to pay for it!!

ummm...that would be a yes LOL! At this particular point for me, eating fruit/berries is waaaay better than cheese, if you know what I mean I LOVE cheese, but it's not been very kind to my tummy lately...sigh.

today's take:
  • 1145 cal
  • 71g fat
  • 45g pro
  • 90g carb
  • 30g fiber..includes 1 srvg fibersure
  • 60g net carb
down 2 lbs. this morning...I'll sure take it!
No fitness walk today; it was RAINING BIG TIME....yipee skipee!
Worked on another *project*; so got a fair calorie burn of 185 cals.

Hey Shel, what difference did it make to eat 60 net grams? Results are what counts. Yea for the -2!

went out to eat at lunch and had a chicken caesar salad. dressing was already applied, so I just estimated the amounts in fitday. totals are +/- accurate

I didn't track yesterday or today, actually. I know I had WAAAAY to many carbs because I went on a *fruit fest*...including bananas and grapes each day. My bad! (but dang it was like I was CRAVING them; they were sooooo good!)

Anyhoo...tomorrow is a new day. Moving on.

The carbs are higher than generally recommended for any level of the program, but..... whatever, I was finally saw a lower # on the scales this morning.

I have added back a snack sometime late in the afternoon. We don't eat until around 8:00 and if I hold out the entire afternoon without anything, I tend to eat too much quantity wise. Smaller evening quantities = better results on the scales. I have religiously made myself follow the rule of not eating while standing. That definitely limits snacks. I don't have time to sit around. And that's just going to get worse starting next week.
