| today's take: (already added in my dinner and evening snack) 1305 cal 74g fat 84g pro 82g carb oh those devine fresh bing cherries and strawberries.... 22g fiber 60g net 45 min yardwork/mowing ( helping DH) for a 218 calorie burn...STBO!!onward! surpriseningly down 3 lbs this morning....the UP-DOWN Waltz...so I'd expect to UP *waltz* in the morning....

| Well... I *waltzed* this morning to the tune of up half a pound. Oh well... the over all trend is down, but the old bod is just taking it's own (not so) sweet time. Arrrggghhh these last 10 lbs!!!! then today's ugly truth... yeah...cherries and strawberries again....
got a little cal burn(150) going doing some more scrubbing and tile cleaning.

| I did a little half pound waltz this morning, too. I attribute it to getting up two hours before I normally do. I think it was Alida that mentioned last week that weighing at the same time of day was a noticable factor for her. I've noticed the same thing previously. I guess I need to get aligned with the new normal time for getting up. Today, I did experience more than normal stomach growling. Spreading those meals further apart does tend to take some getting used to again, too. 08/18/08 Calories: 1144 Fat: 74.6 gm Carbs: Total 43 - 9 fiber = 34 gm net Protein: 78 gm Weight: 158

| Thanks for reminding us that the waltz happens...... I waltzed right on back to 158.5 this morning. Without passing on TMI, I think the system has finally gotten back in sync with the schedule somewhat. | OK...I'm going to challenge myself to stay under 30 carbs per day for 4 days(mini goal). So, today was day #1. Then, after the 4 days, I'll probably do 4 days of under 35gm. Maybe it will shake things up a little. I can do this!!!![]() ![]() ![]() today's take: 1341 cal 98g fat 74g pro 42g carb 16g fiber 26g net carbs walked 58 min/3.54 miles/197 cal burn
