| Still holding at 157 this morning. As I posted it in Fitday, I went back to check stats for the last year........... Start weight-157 Current weight - 157 Highest Weight - 167 Lowest weight - 151 The good news............ I'm back to where I was at this time last year. The bad news is that I have been better. I'm determined to keep on track to get back there.

Well, just as I figured...I waltzed up 1 lb this morning. today's scoop: 1410 cal 83g fat 105g pro 68g carb 21g fiber 47g net carb walked: 1 hour/3.67 miles/204 cal burn STBO!!! temp was 73 and humidity was 81% when I walked this morning. ack! I'm ready for fall!!!

| Just as I expected........... did a little dance this morning, back to 156. I'm still pleased with the overall results. For the month of August, I was pretty successful (-8 lbs.). 08/31/08 Calories: 1331 Fat: 79 gm Carbs: Total 52 - 6 fiber = 46 gm net Protein: 101 gm Weight: 156 Lexie and I have been walking every afternoon. We are up to 2 miles. She was dragging when we got back......Ok, I was sweating, too. We have really done a good job of trying to set a new habit. Now that we have about gotten that habit set, we are going to get rain all week. I am not going to walk in the rain.
