  • 20 g net carb
did a moderate walk since I have not walked since last Sunday. No jogging sprints today.
walked: 51 min/3.11 miles/172 cal burn
scraped, shoveled, and chinked ice off the driveway for 2 hours; fitday gave me a 548 cal burn for that! I'll take it!!!
I definitely got in >10K steps today. My arse is draggin'

The first of February had great weather. Lexie got a bath and the 3 mile walk afterwards. I am so glad the days are getting longer again. The cold weather spurts will be getting further apart, too........... I hope.

This month intend to keep up with the steps every day. If I had done it in January the final count would have been much better. And, I wouldn't mind dropping another pound or so for insurance.

not back to full speed with my walks, but I'm out there...

didn't food track persec today; ate yogurt and cottage cheese and berries; nothing really sounded good with this off and on nausea. gag!
I kicked myself in the behind and walked though.

58 min/ 3.56 miles/ 197 cal burn
total fitness miles walked for Feb = 9.96 miles
down another pound this morning for minus 2lbs for Feb.

Judy, You are doing great... and you are still losing... how much more are you going to lose.. thought you were at goal. I just can't get motivated.. maybe one of these days. Eating out and Happy Hour are not conducive to losing weight at least not when I participate in it all!!!

Thanks for stopping in Berta. I'm trying to work down another pound or two for "insurance." I would like to settle in somewhere in the 136-137 range with 140 being the top number of the goal range. I have discovered that I am better at losing than at long term maintenance. I'm trying to teach myself to do a better job of it this time.

Today was one of those days that higher on the eating front....

thanks! one pound down is sure better than one pound up; it seems my "one pounds" have a way of sticking around more than I'd like. <snort>

today's take:

84g pro
83 carb
33 fiber
50g net carb

only got in a 44 min walk; started raining on me and I had to hoof -it-in-a-hurry to the house.
I looked like a drown rat! Thank goodness it was 64 degrees and not 34 degrees!

walked: 44 min/ 2.90 miles/ 161 cal burn
total fitness miles for Feb = 21.31 miles
