    Definitely ready for:
    ~some better weather
    ~to get back on track
    ~to get on with the show and get closer, if not get totally to goal!
    ~bump up my walking plan

    Forgot the pedometer for a big part of the day......... including the three mile walk. Steps for the first day of the month are a guesstimate. I'll call it close to 10,000.

    walked: 72 min/ 4.42 miles/ 245 cal burn. fitday gave me another 300 cal burn for my intense 2+ hours of house cleaning...vacuuming, mopping, dusting...yatta, yatta, yatta....
