Uh, well, actually I did go even it out on the other side, too. I can't tell you how long it has been since I had tasted buttermilk pie. It was really good. However, a little goes a very long ways.

yanno...it's been a long time since I've tasted buttermilk pie; and I don't think I've ever made one, either. Pie is a real trigger food for me, obviously! <snort>

Buttermilk pie is incredibly easy. I hadn't made one in years, but DH found a recipe in the paper last week. He bought all the stuff so I could make it for him.

70g net carb...had a dr's appt and didn't get to eat lunch. I grabbed the wrong food when I got home. oh well. lesson learned...again.

wt the same this morning.

walked this morning:
59 min/ 3.67 miles/ 204 cal burn
total fitness miles walked for April = 41.57 miles

walk may be rained out tomorrow; they are saying we'll have a rainy and stormy Friday.

walk will probably gt rained out here tomorrow, too. We're lucky that we have had four days in a row at this time of the year. Gottoa get up and give my hair a root job before bed. It's been way too long. I got a haircut this afternoon and need to complete new look.

Wow, pretty slow around here today. No posts on either thread since mine last night. This afternoon's walk was definitely rained out. More is expected and probably won't clear out until Sunday. So, this afternoon exercise was pulling tape from the room we painted last weekend and DH finished up yesterday. Let me tell you, there was a full trash barrell of tape by the time I was finished. Tomorrow's exercise will be touchup painting.

Judy, Wow... 132.5 that is a new low. I've been tracking some... and have lost a little. Started using paper and pencil instead of Fitday, having it on the kitchen counter seems to make a difference. Plus I found the papers when I weighed nearly 20 lbs less and saw how little I was eating. Now I am 5 years older so it's coming off even slower... nothing good about this aging process..oh, there probably is, just can't think of it at this moment

** Yes, Berta, 132.5 was a new low. I don't think I have been that low since my kids were young. I didn't do it intentionally; I think it was just the result of getting to walk several days in a row. One bad thing about aging is that it seems weight disappears from your face quicker than the rest of the body. Now, I'm getting people asking me if I am "OK". You're damn right I'm OK, I'm finally at a weight where I feel fantastic! Get used to the face.

obviously, I was very hungry today! DH is beginning to get his appetite back, so I just winged it with some leftovers. pulled bbq pork roast, and red skin potato salad for DH (and yes! I had about 1/3 of a cup...it had been YEARS since I had made it, so had to quality check it, yanno?) LOL!

walked: 71 min/ 4.35 miles/ 242 cal burn
