No walk and I feel like a stuffed toad. --- Oh, but those mimosa type drinks that the neighbor brought over were wonderful..... and then there was the Mississippi mud pie at the teacher appreciation banquet. | Forgot to put the pedo on until I went out for a walk. I don't think it tracks the distance correctly. It read something less than 2 miles when I got home. The distance tracked on one of the online sites say it's well over two. | I weighed myself this morning and discovered that I am now only 50 grams (1.5 oz) heavier than my target weight. Woohoo! ![]() I now wonder though if I set my weight target too high and if I should drop my target further and try to continue losing. My BMI is only 20.3, so it is not like I am really overweight, but I still feel like I have a bit much padding around my abdomen that I wouldn't mind losing. |
