    walked today: 67 min/ 4.10 miles/ 227 cal burn
    total fitness miles walked in May = 23.73 miles

    I actually planned and entered everything in fitday today before I had one bite of food. I'm doing a *self experiment* and planning and plotting calories and fiber is the top priority. I've thought, for quite a while, that this last 10 pounds may take some serious restrictions. boo & hiss!
    Anyhoo, all in the name of science, yanno!! har!!

    Best of all, though, I got all my papers graded!

    Yes, Shelley there is a Grinch. He requires diligence in losing the last 10. He also requires calorie restriction -- no matter what you would like to believe, calories do count.

    Last week of "real" school --- just halfway through projects to grade, but I'm going to bed. I feel a movie is appropriate for tomorrow!

    calories in the 1500 range
    other stuff not off the chart.
    Steps yesterday just under 7,000 and today 11,153 (and that's without taking a big walk this afternoon)
    Miles: yesterday app 3.5, today 5.28

    In Carrollton, and I'm pooped. It's been a rough week, then a pretty heavy 3 hr. holiday traffic drive to get here. Tomorrow's plan --- what else? I have some painting to do on the new exterior doors that were installed at DD's house this week. If I don't get them done now, they might not get finished before July. "Don't let up!"

    no walking and no tracking today............... I painted all day. I took some medicine a day or two ago that lowers blood sugar as a side effect. I got light headed a number of times and finally ate a piece of pizza (and had a glass of wine). Now I'm just waiting for it to get dark so I can go to bed. I am pooped!

    Felt better today....... dang I was dragging yesterday. Went to bed before dark.
    Ate too much today -- always seem to do so when I am not at home. That doesn't bode well for the upcoming trip. I am seriously planning to go with the small dinner taken away from the cafeteria to eat later plan.

    Calories app. 2000, carbs app 150
    Steps: 8840 / Miles: 4.18

    I did finish painting the doors, doing touch ups, repairing problems on the shreetrock where windows and doors were replaced. Along with that I did some cleaning. DD has a new housekeeper coming on Tuesday -- she NEEDS one. I'm afraid that if she had come in with the house in the condition it was in after a week of construction she would have turned tail and run.
