down 1.5# this morning
walked: 56 min/ 3.44 miles/ 191 cal burn
total fitness miles walked in June = 7.52 miles
plus ever how many steps up and down the step ladder cleaning out cabinets for yesterday and today. LOL!

Food tracking -- no, yeah, that didn't happen. Score for the day +/- B. Not perfect, but not awful. I did make it to a yoga class this afternoon and had over 11,518 steps. The pedo was off for a while.

Steps: 11,519 / 5.45
Total mileage for June: 14.09

results from, today much like yesterday.

Steps: 11,204/ 5.30 (before I took off the pedo) + a yoga class
Total mileage for June: 19.39


I did have a chance ot jump on the scales in the rec center this afternoon. In my workout clothes at 6:00 PM, things were definitely acceptable. So far I give myself an A-. Wine and beer have been the biggest splurges.

Food tracking --- nope doesn't happen. Eating score for the day "C-". The wine and Bud light in the evenings will probably start mounting up. I didn't go to yoga this aftenoon. I think too many consecutive days is why I felt so stiff all day today.

Steps: 13,470 / miles 6.37
Total mileage for June: 25.76

We get to sleep in and extra hour tomorrow morning!! I am so glad. I need to recharge! To many "evening activities."

We leave on Tuesday. DS has alread y done some of theprep for this summer's paint job. I change from work clothes to paint clothes as soon as I get home.

Food today..... no tracking. I admit to 1/2 a hamburger bun and some other normally off limits eating. I have been pretty true to the plan of avoiding the big dinner. I am going out tomorrow night, but hat should work out OK. Tonight was karoke night. I had to get about 3 glasses of wine down before I got into the the event as a participant instead of just an observer. That is so out of character for me!

pedo is messed up!! It says only 5,723 steps. It's probably easly three times that +. Besides the normal walking, I went downtown this aftenoon and did a few moves on the dance floor tonight. Whatever........... hopefully it overcame the hamburger bun.

Pedo seems to be toast. It was way off again today. I checked my weight in the rec center this afternoon. I was @ 137 with my clothes on. That's only a couple of pounds up from when I left home. Considering everything, that's a victory! Well, it was a victory until I went out for drinks, dinner,, and dessert tonight. Actually, I'm miserable and my stomach hurts. I tried not to go overboard, and to eat very slow...... I still ate too much.

Victory!! Big one!! I actually came home weighing less than I did before I left. I added lots of extra walking, three yoga classes and reduced exposure to all the food stimulation. I am so pleased!!
