Wednesday, 4-21-04 Good morning everyone!
How are you this morning? I am ok. I am going to start re-focusing. Most temptations are out of the house, so it's a good time to do it!
Yesterday, I worked. I went to Sam's Club for a few things. It was raining in the afternoon and evening. We had storms go through the area. They kept on talking about possible tornados, but we didn't have problems ourselves.
I am trying to figure out if I want to go to a meeting tonight. I haven't decided yet.

I've increased my cals, carbs and exercise and have dropped 1/2 pound. I know it isn't much, but when I've only been going the other way for so long, this is encouraging!

Hey, guess what? When I weighed in at the club today I've actually lost a couple of pounds over last week!
