Good morning everyone!

I hope all is well with you.

Yesterday, I went out to River Forest to gaze at the products at Whole Foods Market. I didn't buy any. I had dinner with my parents at a nearby Chinses restaurant. I also went to a meeting. I got home after 10pm.

Not a focused day yesterday. Part of that was due to my lunch time being goofed up because of responsibilities at work.

Hi everyone! I was up early to do aerobics this morning. Dh was home late so he got to gawk at me doing yoga afterwards. I didn't want to get up but I really feel great now. Well, off to get the kids up and get ready for work.

TOday will NOT be a focus day for me. It is DH's birthday. I got him a SINFUL CARBFUL cheesecake from the cheesecake factory. He is not a CAKE fan, so I ordered an apple/carmel/crumb cheesecake. 97 CARBS per slice! OMG!!!!!! But we will do mexican for lunch and cheesecake afterward. I will refocus tomorrow....that is if I survive today!

Happy birthday to Dennis...he is 35 today!

GOOD to see you Deb. I evidently haven't been reading the threads to which you post. I've missed your humor!

Mon: 35, huh? I remember 35. Loooong time ago though it was. I was working toward my college degree (which I started at 32). My girls were 8,10, and 14. I was skinny, believed I was fat, and dealing with all sorts of physical symptoms.

Anyway, enough of a trip down memory lane...........Happy Birthday to dh
