Good morning everyone!

I hope all is well with you.

I actually got a couple of things done that I had been putting off. Like, bringing in the propane tank to be refilled. Like getting my hair cut. Like actually going swimming again.

I had a good LC day yesterday. Today is the day my DH will be in Toronto for the day.

I talked to Brenda yesterday. She has been suffering with several migraines a day, so she has been dealing with the pain and the effects of the medicine. She will see a doctor soon about the frequent migraines.

I've got a very busy rush rush day! I'm wondering if I'm missisng something nutritionally because I feel so run down, achey and tired the last 2 days!
