    I am good. Actually following induction this week! Even gave up my low carb toast in the moring. Thought I may die over that, but hasn't been too bad! Looked into South Beach, just didn't agree with it all! I do agree that cutting fat isn't a bad idea! KWIM?

    I have really HIT the exercise too! Hoping to get rid of 10 pounds!

    I know I've been MIA lately. *hangs head* Things are great though. I hit my goal weight! Now I'm hunkering down for the long haul. For me, getting to goal is the easy part. Here is where the battle really begins.

    Well, WAY TO GO, GREGG! I "so" understand about being in the long haul from here. To date, I have managed pretty well. I hit the panic number (140) once, but generally am holding in the 138 range. I have done quite a bit of bouncing around between 137 and 139, though. I still post a number daily on Fitday, and on the day I hit the panic number, I started tracking everything for about a week. It helped to get everything back on track. Good luck to you in your continuing trek.
