Good morning everyone!

I have been doing well for the most part and have been focused on doing the Fat Flush Plan. I started the plan on May 7 with a rocky first couple of days, but as of this morning, I am down 9.5 pounds total since that date. I will check the official weight and inches on Friday.

Tomorrow may be a challenge as I will spend a good part of the day visiting cousins.

How the heck do you get to go visiting on "school days"? OR, maybe I'm the only martyr that never takes days off. It's harder to get ready for a sub, and then redo after the sub than it is to just be there. I think I have only taken 1.5 days that were not for a school function this whole year.
