Good morning everyone!

I hope all is well with you! Yesterday turned out better than I expected. At first I considered it a potential "danger" day. But, I felt like I made pretty good choices. The only thing I had too much of was sodium (in restaurant soup) and fruit. And, the day (with it's possible temptations) is over and today is a controlled day for me.
