Im doing all right. Work is very busy...being successful is a plus right?
I am grateful.... but a bit overloaded.Eating is good 5 out of 7 days...actually usually 6 out of 7.
I just booked my weekend in Alaska...yep it is as nutty as it sounds. Hawaii is yet to be determined, my son wants to give it to me as a gift. So I will have visited all 50 states by my 50th birthday!!!!!!!! YES! I have booked a Europe/ transatlantic cruise for my birthday . So this is my year of
completing some special goals for myself. My business partners just laugh and shake their heads. BTW next time I am in charge of "Take care of YOURSELF Friday" I am going to hire a teacher to show us how to belly dance, another of my goals! ( good for a really good laugh, i think)

Where is Ilse, BC, Michelle, Gregg, Judy and the rest of the gang???

Mick, I must say I've never meet a nicer bunch people than the Milwaukee residents I came across last week. I stayed at one of the big downtown hotels, walked all over the west downtown area, and everyone I encountered was more than polite--downright friendly and helpful. Not that I run into a huge amount of rudeness here in the Chicago burbs, but the "people atmosphere" was certainly different enough for me to notice--the kind of thing I associate more with Southern hospitality. Ya got a nice state there, mick, and Milwaukee is a really neat city with some great downtown areas--try to go with DH one of these days for a mini-getaway.

Wow Deb, Alaska sounds very cool! 50 by 50 sounds very cool too. Have you been to all of the contiguous 48?
I can relate to the long work days too, I keep telling myself how nice it is to have a job, esp these days with the unemployment. I think I'm almost to the point of believing it

It's great that you are feeling better BC, and I'm glad you had a good time in Milwaukee. Sometimes it gets too much to keep up with all the threads and with as much as you put into these boards, I'm glad that you took a well deserved break!

I'm doing good. Eating and exercise is on target. Did well this weekend too.
