    Talking Good morning vets! friday

    Hi all! Am I the first one up? It's grey and cloudy(rain) but the birds are singing beautifully!
    I'm thinking my scale broke! Yesterday down 1 , today down 2.
    Well, off to get ready for work! Have a great day folks!
    ~ 9 year veteran low carber still working on getting it right!

    ~size 10 working on a bit of regain to get back in my 6's!

    ~I left the 18's back in the year 2000 and vow never too see them ever again!!!
