thanks for the responce.. had some issues apon dinner time.. so i didnt get to take the time w/ it i wanted.. it was good... but not what i was expeting.. i never did get to add the orange zest to it.. and im sure that had alot ot do w/ it not turning out right..

but... in the midths of this i created chicken nugets LAUGH.. i took soy flour some garlic powder and lemon pepper and soy protien iso mixed all together and cut my chicken in to chunks and coated w/ the flour.. then thought it didnt have enough breading on it so i diped it in LC milk and then back in the breading mixture then i added oil to my stainless steel fry pan (big) and slowly added in small batches just till they started to become very slightly tinted.. then i removed and continued w/ the rest.. put them on a pan and finished them in the oven.. (just out of fear of over cooking..) then i removed the oil from my pan and cleand it so i could reuse it.. baked the chicken in oven for about 15 min to finish them.. then i added proly 1 cup of lc teriaki sauce and 1/2 cup of water to HOT pan and then added chicken .. mixed fast and shut off and served
