The LCE Terms of Use state:
"Any time you submit or post any type of content to our site, you are agreeing that any material you might submit while using this site does not infringe upon the rights of any other third party, including trademarks, service marks, copyrights, "trade secrets" or any other rights to the material that a third party may have. You accept responsibility for the content you submit, and you agree that all information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages or other materials ("Content"), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person from which such Content originated. This means that you, and not LowCarbEating.com, are entirely responsible for all Content that you upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available via the Site."

The safest and easiest way to post a recipe is to supply a link to the website where it was found. That is, of course, unless it is YOUR recipe; then you may post it here. (and please do, we love getting new recipes!) It's just important that we do things right and respect the rights of others.

Thanks!! :cook:

Default Re: When you post a recipe...

Hi. I'm new to this but I totally agree. In my blogg Christmas Treats Low-carb Style on Blogger.com I have 7 website that have all kinds of low carb recipes for the upcoming holidays. I didn't put the recipes 1 by 1 for that reason (copyrights) but gave the links instead. Check them out they're great!!!:fork: Have a wonderful day...
