    Default sauteed spinach

    We went to Morton's for lunch today and I ordered their sauteed spinach.
    OMG THE BEST SPINACH I'VE EVER HAD!!

    Does anyone know how they make it???

    Spinach and onions are the only ingredients I could detect.

    I like my recipe - but like I said, this was SUPER.

    Ideas anyone???

    I make that... the way my grandma and my mama did... You fry bacon..and soft fry some onions in the grease... add your spinach that has been cleaned and slightly chopped, and stir it til its wilted.. doesn't take long.. add a dash of salt... yummy, and simple. Some people like Vinegar on it.. some don't.
