| mmmmm.... I haven't had rellenos in a ~long~ time. The recipe looks delicious - the taste of rellenos without all the work of traditional rellenos. Thanks for the link!

| Ummm sounds great, will have to try that when we have company.... I would use green chilli's also.... some hatch's would do wonderful. c

| One word..."YUMM!!!!!" What a great treat for a different breakfast! I used 1 small can of green chilis and one red bell pepper (pretty!) and basically halved the recipe and made it in an 8 x 8 pyrex dish....took about 40 min. Thanks for the recipe!! |
