LC protein pancakes I have seen many variations of LC pancakes, but my favorite I just kind of threw together after trying all the others.
I mix: 1 whole egg and 2 egg (1.2g) whites with 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (.5g) 2 splenda packets (2g) or equivalent granular, 1 tsp SF vanilla extract (1g) and cinnamon and nutmeg (.5g). Total carbs: 5.2 g Well worth it! The protein powder fills you up for longer. The protein powder also makes it puff a bit and if you leave it in the frying pan a bit longer it can even get somewhat crispy. I eat it with Atkins SF Maple syrup, although you could also eat it with LC SF jam melted in the mircrowave as a syrup.

There are countless variations. You could use any flavor extract to change the taste, like coconut, banana, orange, etc, and change the flavor of the protein powder to strawberry, banana or chocolate. I have never tried it with chocolate, but now that I see that, perhaps tomorrow I will.
