I made this recipe for supper last night (subbing low carb ingredients where needed of course) and it was over the top good.

It was very easy to convert to low carb- I made my own bread crumbs out of low carb bread and mixed them with a little bit of garlic salt and Italian seasoning.

I bet you could brown up a little beef or veal and throw that into the cheese mixture for a one-dish main-course meal....

I made my regular meat sauce that I serve with spaghetti and used that for the tomato sauce, a big salad and Sherrie's Italian flat bread.

Betty, we're on the same wavelength!! LOL!!

That flatbread is DA BOMB - I use it for a pizza crust - just prebake it til it is barely browning, then take it out and top it up with whatever pizza stuff you like! (We like everything....)

Then back into a hot oven til the cheese is bubbly. Dang it's so GOOOOOOD!
