| I bought some red Garlic Chili Sauce and would love to find a recipe to use it in. It smells sooooo good! The recipe I'm looking for would probably be chinese, thai, or something like that.

| That's a great addition to any type of dipping sauce, especially Thai. Add it to some SF orange marmalade, soy sauce and a few drops of fish sauce (if you have it). Yum! You could also toss some in a pan with a couple cans of coconut milk, shredded raw coconut, a little cumin and corriander, fresh garlic, fresh ginger and chunks of chicken breast. Cook it up and at the end add some fresh cilantro and lime zest. Salt and pepper to taste.

| How nice of you to ask! I'm working on one on and off but not as yet. The moment I do, this board will be the first place to know

| Does sound good Marcie. Rhonda, I use that stuff for lots of things. I add it to mayo as a sandwich spread and sometimes add it to canned tuna. It's great when you want to add a little zip to a recipe. |

| I get mine from the asian market and can't recall the name. I could get off my duff and go look in the refigerator but I'm upstairs now. Maybe later. ;-) But if you get to an asian market just ask, they're not likely to carry more than one brand. |

| The brand I purchased is TUONG OT TOI VIETNAM - CHILI GARLIC SAUCE. It is in an 8 oz jar with a green lid and I purchased it at Krogers in the oriental section, close to the soy sauces! 1 tsp. claims to have <1g carb but a LITTLE bit goes a LONG way! It's hot!

| Yes that's the same brand I get from the asian store. It is good but hot. That's why when I'm not wanting something really hot I add it to mayo and use it for sandwiches or even tuna salad. |
