Ok this is a remake of a higher carb recipe i had from cambles remade into my own useing home made mushroom soup style sauce


4 3/4 INCH thick chop
1 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
2 tbsp butter
1 1/2 cup heavy cream
1 cup minced mushrooms (can be done in food processor )
1 1/2 tbsp djon mustard or spicy mustard
1 tbsp fresh parsley
1 tsp of onion

Sprinkle chops w/ lemon pepper seasoning. heat 1 tbsp butter in LARGE skilit cook for 10 min or until brown.
in a medium sauce pan w/ remaing butter saute mushrooms w/ oniontill reduced slightly. add in heavy cream on lower heat reduce slightly.. add soup to skilit w/ mustard . cook coverd 10 min or till chopes are done.. and serve sauce over chops sprinkled w/ parsley.
