Thread: pizza steak... yummy!

I created this for supper... and boy was it good... don't have the carb count, but it can't be too bad!!

Pizza steak

4 cube steaks
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1/2 cup mozzerella cheese
dash salt, pepper
1 tsp. minced onion
1/4 tsp oregano
1 tablesp. olive oil

put olive oil in sauce pan, and add cube steaks... sprinkle with the seasonings, and the onion... cook til done..turning at least once... (doesn't take long)
top with tomato sauce, and sprinkle with mozzerella cheese... cover with a lid til cheese melts... serve...

this is sooo good.

I just happened to have everything to make this main dish...so I did.
It was good, a nice change. My teenage son especially liked it.

We had this tonight as well. It was very good and something different which is always a good thing! Thanks for sharing.
