| Polydextrose can also be purchased at netrition.com Can share some recipes/uses for it? I love adding fiber to our foods. I currently eat a commercially made low carb granola that has 25grams of fiber per half cup. It's great for avoiding any constipation problems. I paid close attention to the ingredients to find out how they could get so much fiber in there. The first four ingredients are soybeans, almonds, oat fiber and polydextrose. |

| You might want to check out the Artificial Sweeteners Self-testing thread on both these items. http://www.lowcarbeating.com/bb/showthread.php?t=3280 YMMV, of course.
