Default chicken & lemon sauce... yummy...

Chicken breast & lemon sauce

4 Chicken breast, either with or without bone
Vegetable oil
6 Tab. real lemon
1/2 cup splenda
1/2 cup boiling water
1 Tablsp. soy sauce
1 Tablsp. flour, ( or other thickener

Cook chicken in oil, til done, and nicely brown.
Just before chicken is done, combine lemon juice, sugar and boiling water in a saucepan. bring to a boil for about 2 minutes, then add 2 tsp vegetable oil. and the soy sauce.Mix thickener with a small amount of cold water and make a paste, then stir into the lemon sauce... cook til slightly thickened, and serve over chicken... Makes 4 servings...

my soy sauce has no carbs, cornstarch has 5 carbs per tablsp. This shouldn't be super high in carbs, altho, if you count carbs in the splenda ( some do, and some don't) it may not be for those on induction...

this was so good!

MMmmm, dang that sounds good! Thanks, I'll have to try it!

I love anything with fresh lemon or lime juice.

This does sound good! Perhaps served over rice-a-flower.

I'd use liquid Splenda (zero carbs/calories) and Xanthan Gum (very little C&C). And of course, the chicken is done in the George Foreman!
