| Newbie question: Does anyone know how to subs flour in recipes? I prefer one with almond flour/meal as the subs base Thank you |

| People use a lot of different products, including blends of 2 or more products, to substitute for flour. I don't think there is any single product or mix than could be considered an all-purpose replacement for flour. A product called CarbQuik is getting a lot of good reviews lately. That might be the closest all around substitute. If you are adapting a non-LC recipe, I imagine you get better results tweaking the leavening. Perhaps someone who uses CQ regular can give some input?
