Default Higher Carbs = Bigger Weight Loss

I got a nice shock this morning when I weighed myself, I had lost 2 pounds" I hadn't lost anything for a week and I was worried as I had upped my carbs from the initial induction 20 and nothing was nothing. However, it seems that maybe I just needed to add a few more carbs to find that magic movement.

I added the extra carbs in the shape of mroe veggies, and then yesterday for the first time I had fruit (strawberries) in one month, they were glorious!

That's the trick to this WOE - you just tweak a bit at a time until you find what works for YOU. If there was ONE answer for everyone, we'd all be at goal and stay there forever! LOL!

Good for you for adding things back in to your diet in an order that the good Dr. A suggested!
