If I whip up some cream and I count it as 1 fluid ounce, should this be 4 tablespoons BEFORE or AFTER it is whipped?

Al,
One fluid ounce is 30 cc or 2 Tablespoons. I usually whip 1/4 cup, which is 4 Tablespoons, add some sweetner, usually splenda or steviaPlus, and that whole bowl of whipped cream is about 5 carbs. Then if you make 2 servings out of it, it's about 2.5 or 3 carbs for a half bowl serving.

Count it as a fluid BEFORE you whip it. It about doubles in volume normally when whipped.

When I bought my cream whipper It became harder for me to judge how much I'd use. I mean do the 3 squirts directly in my mouth count? So I decided to put a measured cup of whipping cream in my whipper and when it was empty check my fitday entries and make sure that what i estimated as cups of whipped cream was the same in total as that cup of cream I put in. If that makes any sense to you.
