1 can black soy bean
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (thawd and pounded even)
1/4 cup dried baisel (or apx 1/2 cup fresh minced baisel)
1 tbsp minced garlic
2tbsp crushed walnuts
1 can artichoke hearts
3 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup black olives
fresh ground black pepper to taste
marinade chicken w/ 1/2 of the baisel, walnutsand garlic and marinade beans in other 1/2 (or put it all together ) in a large saute pan over med/hi heat saute chicken after started to brown on both sides add in beans and artichoke hearts saute till chicken is cooked threw then tossin black olives

this was good w/ a side salad would be nice w/ maby some cauliflower minced up aka faurice.

you can alter the ingrediants since im a flavor as i go cook those may not be acurate amounts
