 How do you count 1 cup of splenda I found a recipe for peanut butter cookies using only peanut butter, splenda, vanilla and an egg, how do you count 1 cup of splenda - the bag says 1 tsp is less than 1 grm of carbs.... any help would be appreciated so I can figure out the carb count. tks c
