| Hi Taylor, Welcome to LCE. Yes the mock danish is legal for induction, BUT I would be mindful that it is calorie and fat dense, it does have carbs, and it uses up a day's worth of *alloted* cheese. It's not something to consume very often...maybe once a week at the most. Just my $.02
