Default Halloween Recipies

Anyeone got any good ideas for Halloween recipies they would like to share? I am going to a Halloween party on Friday and would like to take something low carb, preferably bite sized desserts. The only thing I could think of was coconut mcaroons made to look like eyeballs somehow!

Real eyeballs are probably very low in carbs, and I bet would be very effective at a Halloween party.

Here's another creepy suggestion;

I just made a crustless pumpkin pie using canned pumpkin meat, can of coconut milk, and egg, splenda, and spices. It tasted pretty good (I made it while camping using a reflector oven no less). So here's the idea. Cook up a double batch. 2 cans coconut milk (not the sugar stuff) 2 pumpkin cans, 2 eggs (beaten, of course), I can't remember the splenda but probably 2 cups, and add some pumpkin pie spices. Cook this up in a 350 oven for 30 minutes or until well set (maybe you should look this up for regular pie). Go out and get tiny paper cocktail plates -- or better still, cut little squares of white parchment paper. Dump the cooked pie meat in plastic bag or your pastry pump. On each white parchment paper you are going to pump out a small (finger sized) tube of the cooked pie filling in a spiral form, starting from the outside and ending on the inside with a small overlap.

I don't have a desert recipe readily available. However I do have a suggestion for an appetizer that I have made. This is what I would do:
1. hard boil however many eggs you want.
2. cut the hard boiled eggs in half and remove the yolks. (Discard or save for another use.)
3. Mix together a combination of cream cheese and sour cream in proportions of 2 parts cream cheese to 1 part sour cream. (The amount you make depends on how many eggs you are making.) Season the mixture to taste with a little garlic powder and salt.
4. Fill the egg cavities with the cream cheese mixture.
5. Embed a pimento stuffed olive in the center of the cream cheese
6. If you have low carb ketchup, dip a tooth pick in the ketchup and draw some "blood veins on top of the cream cheese.
When completed they should look like blood shot eyeballs with a green iris and red pupil.
