 Very Easy way to cook boneless chicken breast Hi Gang.. I have discovered a very easy and tasty way to cook a boneless chicken breast in a hurry. I buy the individually wrapped frozen ones from costco. I love these because they are so easy to defrost in a hurry...just stick it in a bowl of warm water for a few minutes. Anyway, I pound it out so it's thin...about 3/8 of an inch. Then in the same baggie I pounded it in I add some "Pat & Oscars" house dressing. Let it sit for a few minutes and then "fry" it in the same dressing...it is sooo yummy and tender. It's my new favorite! And the best part is it takes only around 10 to 15 minutes from start to finish. The drippings left in the pan are perfect for cooking a few asparagus spears...oh my, my mouth is watering! vickie Last edited by Rob; 10-26-2005 at 06:45 PM.  |
