Default ROB's BROCCOLI SLAW

This is Rob's recipe that I made for the KC L/C Potluck get together. Thanks Rob!

2 packages of preshredded broccoli slaw
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup ranch dressing
Celery salt
Celery seed
Salt & Pepper
2-4 tablespoons apple cider vinegar (Braggs if possible)
1 teaspoon splenda (I added the splenda because I like my slaw a little on the sweet side)

Mix it all together and let it chill for a few hours prior to serving.

Thanks Rhonda! Now that you mention it I did add a tsp of splenda. I forgot to mention that.

I make something quite similar - no Ranch dressing but add crumbled bacon and chopped macadamia nuts - everyone loves it!

Thanks, Rhonda! I see Barb is on her way to making this already! Hmm. I may have to make a grocery run myself. My DH usually does the shopping, and asking him to find Broccoli Slaw might be a stretch . . .

I've never seen packages preshredded broccoli slaw. Is this slaw with some broccoli bits in it, or is it really broccoli that has been substituted for the cabbage I normally associate with slaw?

It's actually shredded broccoli stems and it's VERY good stuff and good for you too!

I find it by the other prepackaged salad stuff.
