| Here is an easy recipe that I call Greek Style Brussel Sprouts. 2 lbs brussel sprouts, washed, trimmed, and cut in half 3 Tbls olive oil 1/4 tsp fresh ground pepper 1 tablespoon chopped garlic zest from 1 large lemon juice from 1 large lemon Put the olive oil, pepper, and garlic in a 1 gallon plastic food bag and squish to combine. Add the brussel sprouts, seal the bag and toss to coat the sprouts. Pour the sprouts onto a foil lined cookie sheet that has been sprayed with Pam, spread out and put into a 500 degree preheated oven. Bake for 15 minutes. Put the sprouts in a large bowl, sprinkle with the lemon zest and juice, toss to combine and then serve.

| Well thank you Henry - sounds delicious! (And glad the sprouts are safe from the squirrels at least!) |

| Kim, I see no reason why thawed frozen brussel sprouts would not work. I use hardly any frozen vegetables. However, I would watch the baking time. If the frozen veggies were par boiled before freezing, it might be advisable to reduce the baking time a few minutes.
